Network Management Systems
Teleparadigm has deep expertise in developing Network Management Systems (NMS) and Element Management Systems (EMS) at various network strata, which are extensible and comprehensive in providing FCAPS features. We conduct a full analysis of our customers requirements to determine the building blocks of the system. Our expertise allows us to remain agnostic to the underlying technologies, while learning new APIs quickly. While we make recommendations on each building block, we are flexible to our customers’ inclinations.
Major features that we have developed in the past are:
- Discovery of different types of devices using the MIBs over TL1 or SNMP protocols. The devices could be routers, switches, radios (like Harris, Ericsson), and more.
- Drawing views of various network topologies (ring, tree, hierarchical), and geographical maps using Google/ESRI.
- Accounting (Graphs, event reporting) and Inventories (bandwidth, alarm, services)
- OSS integration
We can also develop a high quality, web-based GUI tools to manage the system.
Teleparadigm has developed carrier class, NMS products and they are deployed in production environments globally.
Our experience and access to well-trained engineers, gives us confidence in scaling teams for developing proprietary NMS/EMS platforms from ground up, as well as building on top of open source systems like openNMS, NINO and others.
Web-based Tool for Network Management
We have domain expertise in developing high-quality user interfaces that are easy to use and visually appealing. In the past, we have developed Web 2.0 and Flex-based GUI tools. We also have a team that develops mobile applications for many platforms, incluing iPhone/iPad, Android, and Symbian.
