Our founder and CEO, Mr. Neil Gogte, owns 2 engineering colleges, 2 finishing schools and an e-Learning venture. Mr. Gogte and Teleparadigm's HR team regularly consult with Faculty at these institutes to inform them of latest technology trends, and acquired domain expertise from our customers, and to get insight into students that stand out. A feedback loop is therefore established between Teleparadigm's real-world, business-oriented focus and the institutes academic one.

While we welcome and seek quality graduates from prominent universities, our in-depth knowledge of each student’s track record and teacher references gives us the confidence to hand pick the best candidates. The high throughput from these colleges allows us to scale operations quickly and to support a BOT model that is unmatched in management flexibility, workforce scalability, and long-term reliability.

Genesis Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a learning solutions company - pioneer in imparting industry grade software training in emerging technologies, is playing a key role in helping individuals, organizations adapt to the changing requirements of a knowledge-driven world. Genesis commenced its IT education & training business in 1991 and has trained more than 60,000 students in Java, Oracle, MS.NET, Embedded Systems, SAP etc. This finishing school is based at Hyderabad with a presence of 4 centers across the city with Over 5,000 sq. ft. office for each training center facility.
JNTUH Finishing school , is endorsed by the JNTU University for all the final year engineering students to make them employable and fill the gap between the industry and academician. This is a FREE of COST training given to all the students in various domains like Telecom, Healthcare etc.
